So Abraham and I are attending New Tribes Bible Institute in Wisconsin and let me tell you I have never enjoyed learning so much in my life. The teaching here is so wonderful and all the teachers are passionate about what they are teaching it just makes you fall more in love with the Lord and his Word. Here they are not as interested in grades as they are how much you are getting out of the learning. The freshman class this year is big, but while in class you feel like it's one on one teaching. The teachers don't hesitate to answer your questions and they want to make sure you understand before they move on.
The student body here is also great, everyone is like family and the deans try to have a relationship with their students and you can just feel their passion to help you grow in the Lord.

They are very missions based here, yet they are not the missions training center. Here we get our basics of understanding the Word of God its history and how to properly conduct our own Bible research and devotions. You come out of these two years with an associates and if you continue with the training center after your two years then you can earn a bachelors.

The knowledge here is .... well I am at a loss for words how it has impacted me.
I just keep falling more and more in love with my Savior.

Well life has been very busy for us here in Virginia. My father passed away April 26th so that has taken a toll on me. We have since gone to a wedding that was the last week in May; friends of ours from Word of Life were joined together and are heading to New Tribes Bible Institute in Michigan. As for Abe and myself, we are heading out to New Tribes in Wisconsin this August. We in the meantime have moved out of our apartment and moved in with my mom for a month to save on money, and mid July we will be heading to northern Illinois to stay with Abe's parents before heading to school.
This weekend we are heading up to Illinois, where my sister is holding a memorial service for my father.
And I am trying to put together a slide show within 3 days to show at the service, which should be interesting.
Well that is all for now, for it is way past my bedtime ;-)

P.S. I also uploaded new photos

Why is it that the Bride is the one who has to go to the DMV and the Social Security Office and the Bank and contact their employment about their new marriage and name? I mean it wouldn't bother me at all if I didn't have to wait in lines for what feels like an eternity. So this weekend we are trying to move, well actually this Saturday morning. Maybe we'll move in some things Friday night, since I work Saturday night. And we shall then see how my new work schedule is for then I can do all that waiting in lines at those government places. After we move we won't be able to write or check e-mail as often as we both would like, so for those who e-mail you may have to wait a couple days for a reply. usajesusfreak@yahoo.com is the most frequently checked e-mail of ours.

Well I'm off to work. God bless you all and have an amazing evening. But just don't get too carried away. :)

Steph

So we are now married. Life is no different to those who are wondering. Well not yet at least. We are planning on moving most of our stuff into the apartment this weekend. Fingers Crossed. I mean people! It's only been a little over a week since we were married. How much could have possibly changed since then?!

It's been rather an adventure though, if I do say so myself. From the stresses of pulling off a 'Perfect' (if there is such a thing) wedding, and the interesting homeymoon, to coming back to the reality of it all.

We roamed Gatlinburg through and through, no shop (well worthwhile shop) left unturned. We took a journey into the past where I was a saloon girl who was just hitched to a gun slinging bad boy. Mmmm good times. Then we went to the future and played golf in outer space. Then we went back to our childhood and the fun we had in the arcade bopping the heads of those little froggies and shooting some hoops to win those prize tickets. Then we came back to our time and ate alot of delicious foods and made our own popcorn tin with Cheddar, White Cheddar, and Karmel Corn Popcorn. We hit the sea with some tasty crab and took a tour of Italy at the olive garden, and hit the ole hard rock cafe for some down to earth foods. I was sick all along our journey so a stop at the pharmacy was a must. With such a large selection to choose from and only a few that were actually helpful, we pulled away with a loaded medicine bag in hand. We also decided to pull a hit and run with our pal sexy stuf. He didn't end up pulling through for us, but gave a quite a few laughs and memories along the way. Also what all good adventures like these need is that old faithful green apple cooler to sip along the way.
So with fireplaces and power outages aside I for one had a blast.

And now I am on the oh so exciting hunt for a money giving and money taking employment.

I'm Out.... Signed Steph
